40 लाख की ठगी करने वाला आरोपी गिरफ्तार: सरोजनी नगर



Sarojini Nagar police has arrested the accused of cheating a woman of 40 lakhs. The accused had deceived the woman by promising to get her a plot and had cheated her of 40 lakhs. The accused neither gave the woman a plot nor was returning her money. Despite repeated demands, when the accused did not return the woman's money, the victim complained to the police. After the victim's complaint, the police registered a case and started investigating the matter. On Friday, the police arrested Amit, a resident of Kaushambi district, from a rented house in Chandralok Enclave located in Sushant Golf City. Let us tell you that the victim Seema Dubey, wife of Sushil Phillips, had told while complaining at Sarojini Nagar police station. Amit Kumar, a resident of Nikhoda village located in Kumhiyawa police station Mahibaghat of Kaushambi district, had cheated her of 40 lakh rupees in the name of getting a plot. When the victim asked to get the plot registered several times, the accused did not agree. After this, the victim started demanding the money back. Even on this, the accused did not give any answer nor returned the money. As a result, the victim lodged a case against the accused in Sarojininagar police station. After this, the police formed a team to arrest the accused and started searching. On Friday, the police received information that the accused was living on rent in house number 7 in Chandralok Enclave of Sushant Golf City. After the information, the police reached the spot and inquired and found the accused. After this, the police arrested the accused from the spot itself. Also, 3 mobiles, 1 laptop, Rs 4175, 2 Aadhar cards have also been recovered from the accused.

The police have also found two Aadhar cards from the accused. In one Aadhar card and PAN card, the name of the accused was Amit Kumar son Bachhi Lal Aadhar number 318075828326 address Nakhoda Majra Kauripur Post Kumhiyawan Kaushambi. Whereas in the second Aadhar card and PAN card, the name was Amit Kumar son of Ramesh Kumar, Aadhar number 538234018451, resident of 130 EWS Double Store Azadnagar Kutiya Hemant Bihar Barra-2 Kanpur Nagar. When asked, the accused told that he had prepared the Aadhar card and PAN card by using his fake ID. During interrogation, the accused told that he had talked about selling a plot by using a fake Aadhar card on OLX. The registry of the plot which he talked about selling was in the name of Pradeep Kumar Lalwani. The accused took Rs 40 lakh from Seema Dubey by showing the power of attorney of the said plot in his name and showed his fake Aadhar card and PAN card to the victim. The accused invested Rs 31 lakh from the cheated amount in the share market and bought 3 mobiles, a watch and laptop and clothes with the remaining money. At present, the police have arrested him under sections 338/336(3)/340(2)/319(2) and sent him to jail.
