ARIHANT Project-1 being built in Noida has become life-threatening for people, violation of rules, no action by officials 

A building is being built in Noida E-1303, GH03. Due to which it has become difficult for people to live. Actually, work is going on on the 10th floor of this building. Due to which the waste material is thrown down through a tunnel. But this tunnel ends on the second floor. Due to which the waste cement falls down and it spreads air pollution and smoke pollution. Due to this, people have to face a lot of problems, including elderly and children.

This case is of Noida E-1303, Stellar Jeevan, GH03, Sector -1, BISRAKH JALALPUR, where a building is being built. The name of this project is Aryant Project-1. The name of the builder who built this building is Aryant. Rules were violated while constructing this building, neither dust was taken care of nor green cloth was used while constructing the building. This negligence is going on since last 2 months, residents even told the builder about this but it was ignored. But the question arises that why no official noticed the construction work going on for so long. Why has this project not been closed till now and why no legal action has been taken on it. Why did no one notice the construction work going on for so long?
