Inspection of security arrangements of Ramlila/Dussehra fair, strict arrangements ensured as per the instructions of Police Commissioner

As per the instructions of Gautam Budh Nagar Police Commissioner, Smt. Laxmi Singh, under the supervision of DCP Noida Mr. Rambadan Singh and ADCP Noida Mr. Manish Kumar Mishra, ACP Noida-1 Mr. Praveen Kumar inspected the site of Ramlila/Dussehra fair organized in Salarpur under Police Station Sector 39 area. During this, ACP Praveen Kumar visited the fair site and its surrounding areas, where he interacted with the fair organizers and local citizens. Taking stock of the security arrangements, he directed the concerned police station in-charge and policemen to exercise full vigilance on duty during the fair and make security arrangements foolproof, so that any kind of unpleasant situation can be avoided. The ACP stressed the need to pay special attention to traffic and peace in the fair apart from security. Necessary guidelines were given to maintain smooth traffic at the fair site, so that visitors do not face any inconvenience. Also, during extensive discussions with the fair organisers, it was ensured that quick response teams are ready for any emergency situation. Emphasis was laid on implementing all necessary measures for crowd control, avoiding traffic jams and public safety.

Strict security arrangements:

Police officials appealed to local citizens and organisers to ensure peaceful and safe conduct of the fair. Security forces have been deployed in various parts of the fair to prevent any kind of chaos. Police officials also ensured that the rules are followed by the organisers and necessary resources are available for every situation. All necessary steps have been taken by the Noida Police for the successful organisation of the fair and to maintain peace and order in the area, so that local citizens and visitors can get a safe and convenient environment.
