CM Yogi was interacting with the newly admitted students of the first batch of Maharana Pratap Institute of Technology (MPIT) run by Maharana Pratap Education Council in Gorakhpur on Thursday. The Chief Minister said that the triveni of knowledge, science and labor flows continuously in our country. Tradition, hard work and progress are part of our nature. This tendency makes us the most unique in the world. There is a need to prepare ourselves according to the global level. We also have to live up to the expectations of the parents. For this, students and teachers should walk step by step. Study national-international journals regularly and move yourself towards e-library. He said that we should focus on such technology which makes life simple and easy, solves problems. There is a need to focus on such technology which takes development to new heights by coordinating with nature. Motivating the students, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that today Uttar Pradesh is becoming a big hub of employment. He said that Uttar Pradesh has progressed a lot towards becoming a hub of semi-conductors, an important need of today's technological era. Along with direct investment, cyclical investment is also being made in it many times. Accordingly, it is the responsibility of the technical institutions to come forward to provide trained labour. 


CM Yogi said that India dominates the world famous Silicon Valley in the field of computer technology and the youth of Uttar Pradesh have a big share in it. After Silicon Valley, Hyderabad and Bengaluru, Uttar Pradesh also has to move forward at a rapid pace in this direction. With this goal, the first state of the art Center of Excellence of eastern Uttar Pradesh is being established in Maharana Pratap Institute of Technology (MPIT). In accordance with the world class standard, this Center of Excellence will also become an important center for fifteen other technical educational institutions of eastern Uttar Pradesh. He said that many integrated courses including Drone Technology and 3D Printing, Artificial Intelligence, Space Technology will also be conducted in different Centers of Excellence of MPIT campus. By joining the curriculum of global standard, students will be able to prepare themselves according to the related industry-service sector through professional certificate courses, minor degree courses and advanced courses. In the dialogue program, CM Yogi called upon the faculty to study the demand of the global market and prepare the curriculum accordingly. Our emphasis should be on modern age courses. He said that Tata Consultancy is working a lot on this. If we focus on modern age courses in the Center of Excellence, it will guarantee 100 percent placement.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that in 1956, Maharana Pratap Education Council started the first polytechnic. Today Maharana Pratap Polytechnic is one of the top polytechnics in the state. With this inspiration, we have to make Maharana Pratap Institute of Technology (MPIT) the top institute of UP in the coming five years. For this, it is necessary that the institute is connected to the industry and the youth are continuously skilled. In the dialogue program with the students of the first batch of MPIT, many students also asked questions to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on the subjects of knowledge, science, technology, employment etc. CM Yogi gave his guidance on everyone's questions. MP Ravi Kishan Shukla was also present on this occasion. The welcome address in the dialogue program was given by MPIT Director Dr. Sudhir Agarwal and the vote of thanks was given by MP Polytechnic Principal Dr. Anil Prakash Singh.
