It has been raining intermittently in Delhi-NCR since Thursday morning. Due to the rain, the roof of a dilapidated house collapsed in Ghaziabad's Loni police station area. A woman and her two daughters sleeping in the house were buried under it. On receiving the information, the police team and the people nearby reached the spot and rescued everyone and took them out. After this, they were taken to the hospital. The woman has died and her two daughters are injured. According to the police, a call came to the control room at around 5:25 am on September 13, in which it was told that a house has collapsed in Lakshmi Garden Street No. 2 of Loni Border police station area, in which some people are buried.

On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and inquired, it was found that the widow woman Sundari Devi has a dilapidated house. In which two rooms are made of mud. The wall and roof of one room have collapsed. In this, Sundari Devi and her daughters Lakshmi (13) and Varsha (20) sleeping with her were buried. Police said that both the sisters have suffered minor injuries and Sundari Devi (52) has suffered serious injuries. Police rescued them and took them to the hospital. Sundari Devi was declared dead at Delhi's GTB Hospital. Police has taken the woman's body into custody and sent it for postmortem. According to the police, the condition of both the girls is fine.
