Gautam Buddha Nagar: Under Mission Shakti Phase 5.0, Shakti Samvad and Symbolic Role Playing Program by Girls was organized in the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma. The purpose of this program was to make the girl students aware of the ways of working on administrative posts and their responsibilities. On this occasion, Antika, a meritorious student of class 11 of Government Inter College Noida, was appointed as the symbolic District Magistrate, and she was given information about administrative responsibilities. During the program, Antika was given detailed information about various schemes of Women Welfare Department like One Stop Center, Chief Minister Kanya Sumangala Yojana, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Childline (1098) and Women Destitute Pension etc. The aim of this initiative is to make the girl students aware of government schemes and provide them experience in administrative work.
On this occasion, District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma interacted with the children associated with Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana, Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana (normal and COVID), and sponsorship. Children were also informed about the importance of Childline helpline number 1098 and police helpline number 112. In his address, District Magistrate Verma motivated the children and said that the dreams of life can be realized only through education. He appealed to the children to pursue education with hard work and dedication. The District Magistrate also requested the parents to continuously encourage their children in studies, so that they can achieve their life goals. Child Protection Officer Vibha Tripathi, Center Manager of One Stop Center Deepika Patel, Data Analyst Poonam, Social Worker Sudhir, Childline team, and a large number of students and parents were present in this program.
