2 cups flour
200 grams paneer
2 bowls finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup cashew paste
1/2 cup curd
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons red chili paste
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala green coriander (finely chopped)
1 cup water as per requirement
Salt as per taste
First of all heat oil in a pan. Now add cumin, onion and ginger garlic paste and fry it well. When the onion is fried, add chilli paste, turmeric and coriander powder and mix well. Now add cashew paste, curd and garam masala and mix well. When it is fried, add paneer, salt and green coriander and mix well. Now knead the dough with the help of water and roll thin balls of it. Now fill the prepared paneer stuffing in it and roll it and fry it well on a non-stick pan by applying oil. Now take it out in a serving plate and serve it hot.
