नोएडा: त्योहारी सीजन के मद्देनजर पुलिस कमिश्नर गौतमबुद्धनगर के निर्देशानुसार, नोएडा के सेन्ट्रल डीसीपी श्री शक्ति मोहन अवस्थी के पर्यवेक्षण में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को और सुदृढ़ करने के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर तैयारियां की जा रही हैं।
Keeping in mind the festive season in Noida, the police has put special emphasis on security and traffic management
Noida: In view of the festive season, as per the instructions of the Police Commissioner Gautam Budh Nagar, large-scale preparations are being made to further strengthen the security system under the supervision of Central DCP of Noida, Shri Shakti Mohan Awasthi. In this connection, Assistant Commissioner of Police Central Noida I, Shri Rajiv Kumar Gupta, along with the police force, marched on foot at important places in Thana Phase-2 and Thana Phase-3 area and inspected the security and traffic system. During this foot march, Shri Gupta took stock of the security arrangements near crowded areas, religious places and Durga Puja pandals. He directed the local officials and concerned staff to adopt strict measures to control the increasing crowd during the festive season and ensure traffic management. Instructions have been given to make strict security arrangements especially around the Durga Puja pandals and Dussehra fair sites.
The Assistant Commissioner of Police also directed that the police's PRV (Police Response Vehicle) and PCR (Police Control Room) vehicles be kept on constant patrol to avoid any kind of untoward incident. Apart from this, plans have been made for crowd control and quick action in case of emergency along with deployment of additional police force around religious places and major markets. The aim of this initiative is to ensure the safety of the general public and maintain smooth traffic system during the upcoming festivals in Noida, especially Durga Puja and Dussehra. This active patrolling and inspection done by the police force has assured the local residents and businessmen that the security system in the city is strong during the festive season and the police is alert to deal with any situation.
