The plaintiff has informed that Mushir Ahmed Siddiqui, working as Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing in his company Servocon System Ltd., has cheated the company by stealing the company's data and giving it to other persons, causing a loss of about 15 to 20 crores rupees to the company and he has deliberately stolen the data and misused it. In this regard, FIR No. 359/2024 under Section 316 (5) BNS and 66 IT Act has been registered at Police Station Sector-58, Noida.
