Noida. On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti and Lal Bahadur Shastri's birth anniversary, a special tribute meeting was organized at Indira Gandhi Kala Kendra in Sector 6. On this important occasion, all the staff and employees paid homage to Bapu and Shastri ji and pledged to follow their ideals and principles. The program started by paying floral tribute to the picture of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri ji. The employees and staff present expressed their respect towards the great leaders by observing two minutes of silence. During this, Bapu's favorite hymn "Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram" was also sung collectively, which made the atmosphere emotional and inspiring. On this occasion, the speakers highlighted the importance of Mahatma Gandhi's principles of non-violence and truth. He told that Gandhi ji always followed truth and non-violence in his life and we should also try to follow the path shown by him. Recalling the simplicity of Lal Bahadur Shastri ji and the service he did for the country, the speakers described him as a patriot and a great leader in the true sense.

The message of 'Swachhta Hi Seva' was also given during the program. All the employees took a pledge to keep Noida clean and green. They pledged to work towards realizing Bapu's dream of cleanliness. The employees also said that they will try to keep their surrounding areas clean and make people aware of cleanliness. This program infused a new energy and enthusiasm in all the employees and staff. The tribute meeting concluded with the national anthem. Everyone unitedly promised to imbibe the thoughts and ideals of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri ji in their lives.
