ACEO Saumya Srivastava said this in a program organized in Greater Noida Authority on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri. On this occasion, the students of Savitribai Phule Girls Inter College and Gautam Buddha Boys Inter College performed cultural programs and poster competition and street play by HCL Foundation and a captivating presentation on yoga by the team of Yoganusandhan Hapur.

Organized on 02 October on the instructions of CEO of Greater Noida Authority NG Ravi Kumar, this program started with the national anthem in front of the national flag, in which ACEO Saumya Srivastava and ACEO Prerna Singh along with other senior officials of Greater Noida Authority were present. After this, cultural programs started in the auditorium. First of all, Saraswati Vandana was presented by the students of Savitribai Phule Girls Inter College. After this, many captivating songs and dances filled with religious and nationalistic feelings were presented by the students of the school. Students of Gautam Buddha Balak Inter College presented dance and drama on the theme of Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan and cleanliness. The dance performance of Keshav, a third class student of Gautam Buddha Balak Inter College, was also appreciated. Teacher of Balak Inter College Sudha Singh presented a self-composed poem that taught the youth. The team of Yoga Anusandhan Sansthan Hapur, under the leadership of yoga teacher Mohit Sharma, taught to stay healthy by presenting on Bhakti and Yoga. After the cultural programs, all these students and participants were awarded. Along with this, Deepak Kumar Chauhan, a student of Gautam Buddha Balak Inter College, was honored for getting admission in IIT Dhanbad. His father received this honor. Along with this, two students of Savitribai Phule Balika Inter College, Neeru Singh and Sanjana Singh, were honored for clearing the NEET exam and getting admission in MBBS from a government seat. People also appreciated the posters made by HCL Foundation on the theme of cleanliness. The first three winners of the poster competition were also awarded. The street play organized by HCL Foundation taught people to keep their surroundings clean. People appreciated the street play a lot.

In his address as the chief guest in this program organized by the Culture Department of Greater Noida Authority, ACEO Saumya Srivastava said that the independence of the country on 15 August 1947 means that now you have to take care of yourself and your country yourself. Now no one will come from outside for this and this will build the nation. We can understand the thoughts of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri only when we ourselves realize those thoughts. ACEO Sunil Kumar Singh said that we should think about how we can imbibe the life values ​​of Gandhiji and Shastriji. ACEO Shrilakshmi Singh, OSD Abhishek Pathak, OSD Naveen Kumar Singh and Manager KM Chaudhary also highlighted the life values ​​of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri. ACEO Prerna Singh expressed her gratitude to all the participants. The program was conducted by OSD Archana Dwivedi.
