Samadhan Diwas was organized in Baldirai Tehsil today under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Kritika Jyotsna, in which the officials took prompt action to resolve various public problems. On this occasion, many district officials including Superintendent of Police (SP) Somen Verma, SDM Gamini Singhala (IAS), and IAS officer Vaishali Chopra were present. The purpose of Samadhan Diwas is to ensure quick resolution of the problems of the public by bringing them directly before the officials. A large number of people reached the program with the hope of resolving their problems. The District Magistrate directed all the officials to resolve the problems quickly and effectively, so that the public does not face any inconvenience.

Most problems related to revenue and law and order

Most of the complaints received during Samadhan Diwas were related to revenue and law and order. The District Magistrate instructed the officials present on the spot to resolve these matters as soon as possible and give proper information to the complainants. Superintendent of Police Somen Verma, paying special attention to the problems related to law and order, resolved many cases on the spot. He assured the public that the police will make every possible effort to maintain peace and security in the area.

Active role of IAS officers

SDM Gamini Singhala and IAS officer Vaishali Chopra also reached the spot and took stock of the public problems and along with the officials, took forward the process of quick resolution. He said that as per the intention of the government, all the problems will be resolved on priority basis.

Many cases were resolved promptly

During the Samadhan Diwas, many cases were resolved on the spot, while some cases were handed over to the concerned departments for investigation. DM Kritika Jyotsna said that all pending cases will be reviewed regularly and it will be ensured that all the problems are resolved satisfactorily. With the organization of this Samadhan Diwas, the citizens of the district hope that their problems will be resolved quickly and effectively.
