On the tenth day of Ramlila at Saint Tulsidas Vidyalaya, Sita Haran was staged in a grand way, the audience was overwhelmed

On the tenth day of Ramlila, the story of Sita Haran was staged in a grand manner at the Ramlila ground of Sant Tulsidas Higher Secondary School. The artists presented this mythological episode in a lively manner, which left the audience emotional. The chief guest of the program Shailendra Shukla, editor-in-chief Deepak Mishra, and other special guests were present at this unique event. Ramlila began with Shurpanakha's marriage proposal, which was rejected by Ram and Lakshman. Insulted, Shurpanakha attacked Sita, resisting which Lakshman cut off her nose. Angered by this, Shurpanakha went to Ravana, the king of demons, and provoked him by praising Sita's beauty. Ravana ordered Marich to take the form of a golden deer, so that Sita's attention could be attracted.
On seeing the golden deer, Sita prayed to Ram to catch it, due to which Ram went to chase the deer. During this, Lakshman drew Lakshman Rekha around the hut and urged Sita to stay within its protection. As soon as Ram went away, Ravana disguised himself as a beggar and forced Sita to cross the Lakshman Rekha. As soon as Sita crossed the line, Ravana seated her in his Pushpak Viman and flew towards Lanka. In this touching scene, a bird named Jatayu fought with Ravana on Sita's call, but Ravana cut its wings and made it fall. The program concluded with this important episode of Sita Haran. Program organizer Anil Kumar Mishra thanked all the artists and the organizing committee for this wonderful staging. The presence of school principal Satish Tripathi, journalist Harikesh Tiwari and other dignitaries in the program added dignity to the event.
