The film is part of the horror universe that also includes 'Stree', 'Bhediya' and 'Munjya'. Since these films are interconnected, Rajkummar Rao recently revealed which film from this universe will release next. In an interview to Bollywood Hungama, Rajkummar Rao revealed that he is not fully aware of the release schedule, but the audience can expect to see 'Bhediya 2' on the big screen soon. For those who don't know, let us tell you that the makers had earlier announced that 'Bhediya 2' will release in 2025. Talking about 'Stree 2', the actor said, "It will definitely be made and we will try to make it better than Part 1 and 2."

She said, "In my recently released film, when something happens to my character's face, I get scared. I see myself on the big screen with my ears and face half covered." She further added, "I don't watch horror films but I do horror comedies like Stree 2. If I ever get a good script, I would love to be a part of that film." The film also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana in pivotal roles. Akshay Kumar made a surprise cameo in 'Stree 2' and will also be seen in a pivotal role in the upcoming franchise. Tamannaah Bhatia also did a cameo role in a dance number.
