The body of Shanu Tyagi, the only son of Vinod Tyagi, a resident of Mohammadpur Azampur village, was found in a car near Pois Nangla village on the evening of 22 August. The deceased's father also suspected a girl of the relative who had come with Shanu Tyagi for the murder. When the matter was not revealed, the people of Tyagi community held a panchayat and also gave an ultimatum to the police for disclosure. SP Arpit Vijayvargiya said that during checking, Ujjwal alias Balle was arrested from Kaidwa turn. Who, during interrogation, gave information about killing Shanu Tyagi. During interrogation, the accused told that he was returning from Haridwar on 22nd August, when Shanu Tyagi, who was travelling in a car, asked for directions to Pilana turn, he took a lift saying that he was also going there. By lying, he took Shanu Tyagi to Putthi Dhanaura road. Where he kept a knife on Shanu's neck and asked for money, but Shanu protested. He stabbed Shanu to death and ran away after looting four thousand rupees.
CO Crime Anil Kaparvan told that after killing Shanu Tyagi, he went to a nearby tube well. After bathing there, he washed and changed his blood-stained clothes and then hid the knife and clothes in a bag and ran away to Delhi. Police claim that the accused Ujjwal alias Balle works as a car washer in Delhi, who is addicted to smoking sulpha and was also intoxicated by sulpha at the time of the incident. When he did not have money to buy sulpha, Ujjwal alias Balle looted Shanu Tyagi who was driving the car and then killed him. The accused had bought the knife from near the Phoonswali mosque. The police has solved the Shanu Tyagi murder case. It also claimed that the woman on whom the family had expressed suspicion was not given a clean chit. The police is still not clarifying why the woman was not given a clean chit.
