“Despite collecting a significant amount as maintenance charges, the builder has neglected basic services, leading to a decline in the overall quality of life in the society,” said residents. “Security has been a major concern,” said Subhash Khattar, a 60-year-old resident. “The maintenance of greenery has deteriorated considerably,” said Laxmi Sharma, a 40-year-old resident. Housekeeping has also been affected due to irregular cleaning schedules and poor hygiene standards, leaving residents dissatisfied." Residents said a legal notice has been sent to the builder over the alleged unreasonable hike in maintenance charges.
Residents said they will file a suit if the builder does not comply with the demands. Munesh Sharma, technical head of Paramount Floraville, said: No incident of protest has come to our notice and there has been no agitation in the society. According to residents, Paramount Floraville in Sector 137 has around 3,000 residents. Residents also want a new AOA for better services, citing unsatisfactory facilities provided by the builder. Our previous AOA was de-registered by the deputy registrar in 2019 under unclear circumstances and since then we have been fighting in the high court. We need an active AOA to address our concerns," said resident Abhishta Kusum Gupta
