Now no one can stop women from reaching Assembly and Parliament: CM Yogi

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the consecration of Lord Shri Ram is not just a ceremony but a campaign dedicated to the restoration of public faith and the ancient glory of India.

Addressing the inauguration ceremony of Bharatiya Janata Party's 'Shakti Vandan Abhiyan' organized at Jupiter Hall, IGP, Lucknow, the Chief Minister said, "Today when the whole world is getting attracted towards Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh, all of you are also Will visit Ayodhya temple. The team will ensure all arrangements for this.”

CM Yogi said that the consecration ceremony of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya is an important part of the campaign run in the country under the leadership of PM Modi in the last nine and a half years. Inspired by the vision of Ram Rajya, PM Modi has formulated non-discriminatory, inclusive schemes keeping in mind the well-being of farmers, women, youth and every section of the society. These campaigns have been implemented effectively for the benefit of the people.

Yogi said, "As a result, housing has been provided to four crore poor families across the country without any discrimination, with significant emphasis on giving property rights to women."

He further informed that 12 crore toilets have been constructed under the Swachh Bharat Mission. Additionally, Har Ghar Nal Yojana ensures provision of clean drinking water to every household. He said that for the first time in the country, PM Swamitva Yojana was started to give property rights to the poor in villages. This initiative became important because influential people in the village previously obstructed the construction of houses for them and confiscated their land.

The Chief Minister emphasized that earlier the street vendors were often ignored, but today they are being empowered on the path to economic self-reliance by providing them interest-free loans. Under the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Yojana, 10 crore families of the country have been given the benefit of free health insurance, from which more than 50 crore people have benefited.

“Also, in all the schemes from PM Jan Dhan Khata Yojana to PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, half of the country's population was kept at the center point because they were exploited the most. Yogi said, under the leadership of PM Modi, the country has introduced a new India to the world by including women in these schemes.

CM Yogi said that remarkable enthusiasm was seen in the entire state in the conferences organized by BJP on Nari Shakti Vandan Act. "After this law, no political party can stop women from reaching the country's assembly and parliament." He said that for the first time in the country, women were linked to women self-help groups to connect them with the mainstream of society.

He said that as a result of this, currently 63,000 women of Bundelkhand are associated with Balini Milk Producer Company, which was started with 6 women in the year 2019. Its annual turnover is Rs 150 crore while the net profit is around Rs 15 crore.

Speaking about BC Sakhi he highlighted that this campaign was launched to ensure that crowds do not gather at banks to withdraw money during the Covid period. At present, more than 56,000 BC Sakhis have been selected in the state, who are conducting bank transactions in more than 57,000 gram panchayats. These women are earning monthly income ranging from Rs 15,000 to Rs 1.5 lakh.

CM Yogi said that Dr. Ritu Karidhal of Lucknow, who played an important role in Chandrayaan Mission, was honored with Uttar Pradesh Gaurav Samman on the occasion of Uttar Pradesh Day. Emphasizing on the respect of women, he said that schemes like Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Account, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Matru Vandana and Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana underline this commitment.

Referring to women related schemes, CM Yogi said that 17 lakh daughters in the state have benefited from the Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana and more than 3 lakh daughters have got dowry-free marriage from the Mukhyamantri Mass Marriage Scheme.

"In the interest of women safety, the formation of anti-Romeo squads at the police station level has significantly reduced crimes against women, thereby establishing Uttar Pradesh as the state with the highest number of convictions for crimes against women in the country "

Women self-help groups have a big role in providing benefits of double engine government schemes. If they are effectively linked to various campaigns of the double engine government, then half the population will play an important role in making PM Modi the Prime Minister of the country for the third time in the year 2024.
