Greater Noida: Dr. Himani Agarwal, the newly elected member of the Uttar Pradesh State Women's Commission, made a courtesy call to District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma at Collectorate Surajpur. During this meeting, problems related to women were discussed and the necessary steps for their solution were discussed. Dr. Himani Agarwal has been entrusted with the responsibility of Meerut, Gautam Buddha Nagar, and Bulandshahr districts by the Uttar Pradesh State Women's Commission, where she will work for hearing the problems related to women and their quick solution. She has been instructed by the Chairperson of the State Women's Commission to look into the issues of women empowerment and women's safety in these districts on priority basis. In this meeting, District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma informed about the status of women-related cases in the district and the steps being taken by the administration to settle them. He assured that the administration will have full cooperation in every initiative of the Women's Commission and the administration will make every effort to solve the problems of women.

Dr. Himani Agarwal said that the Commission is committed to the safety of women and protection of their rights. Their aim is to ensure that women can take advantage of their rights without any fear or insecurity. She said that every issue related to women will be taken seriously and will be resolved as soon as possible. This meeting has raised the hope of better coordination and synergy between the local administration and the Women's Commission. Dr. Agarwal also informed that she will soon organize special camps to hear the problems of women at various places in Gautam Budh Nagar district. This initiative of the Women's Commission will not only provide a platform to listen to the problems of women, but will also be helpful in taking concrete steps for their solution.
