Greno Authority floated tenders worth Rs 66 crore for 35 works.

Greater Noida. Greater Noida Authority has further intensified the repair and maintenance works in sectors and villages. The authority has floated tenders worth about Rs 66 crore for 35 works. Preparations are underway to start the tender process and complete the work within a month.

Greater Noida Authority CEO NG Ravi Kumar has given instructions to speed up development and maintenance works in the sectors and villages of Greater Noida. Following the instructions of the CEO, the project department has issued tenders worth about Rs 66 crore for 35 works. Jitendra Gautam, General Manager of Water Supply Department of the Authority, said that tenders have been floated for maintenance and operation of works like tube well, rising main and chlorination etc. in various sectors for two years. Besides, work of providing distribution lines and laying pipelines will be done in Sector 16B, 16C, Techzone Four. It is estimated that about Rs 25.52 crore will be spent on all these works. The tender process for these works will be completed within a month and all these works will be completed on time.

General Manager of the Project Department, Himanshu Verma said that these 35 works also include the works of Civil and Horticulture Department. He told that repair work of funeral home and cremation ground located in Jaitpur-Vaishpur, repair work of affordable housing in Sector Ju II and Mu II, establishment of open gym in 100 meter master green belt near Galaxy Vega Society and maintenance for 5 years. The works include repair work of Baratghar located in Nawada and Gulistanpur, repair work of CC road and drain in Malakpur etc. Greater Noida Authority CEO NG Ravi Kumar has given instructions to complete the tender process within the stipulated time and get these works done on priority.
